About the team: The Llamas were founded as a means to bring different departments of an organization together for a fun team building, get-to-know your co-workers exercise. It morphed into a team of people from all over the city who enjoyed being together and working hard to cross the finish line.
Our team strives to work hard and show they are willing to work not only together but with other teams to make sure everyone has a chance to show their skills and dedication.
Coach: Toni Weirmier. Toni has been paddling since 2016 and drumming since 2004. She is the coach for No Drama Llamas since 2022, our Victoria 2-week learn-to-race team Smoke on the Water since 2023, and Gorge-O-Saurus.
Festivals attended: Gorge Super Sprints and the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival
