VI Paddling (VIP) Society complies with BC Provincial Health Officer’s (PHO’s) Orders under the Public Health Act. As Covid-19 positive test rates and hospitalizations increase/decrease, public health policies are subject to change.

Masks in public indoor settings
For all people born in 2017 or earlier (5+).
Indoor group exercise
Permitted with full capacity. This includes VIP’s erg gym.
Adult and youth outdoor group and team sports
Permitted. This includes clinics, training, competitions, etc.

PROOF OF VACCINATION
By order of the Provincial Health Officer, proof of vaccination is required to access some events, services and businesses.
BC’S PROOF OF VACCINATION CARD
The secure B.C. Proof of Vaccination card website offers both a paper and smartphone option.
Your Proof of Vaccination card must show you are fully vaccinated: you have received two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccine, and that at least 7 days has passed since the second dose.
Events, businesses and services will ask to see both your proof of vaccination and valid government ID.
This Order is in place until June 30, 2022, subject to extension.
